Our founder and President Karim Mohamed, CPA has been an accounting and tax professional for over 25 years, working primarily with small and medium-sized businesses. He is known for "bringing out the best" in the people he serves, which has enabled him to build successful business relationships with our clients. By truly relieving clients of the complexities of tax and accounting administration, clients can concentrate on successfully running their businesses. With knowledge and expertise acquired from years of experience, he possesses the business skills and leadership ability essential to helping clients manage accounting and tax deadlines. Our team is equipped to implement payroll, prepare tax projections, and develop budget and cash-flow forecasts tailored to your business needs. We understand the importance of planning for the future and ensuring that businesses remain financially viable. He has assisted clients in setting up their own businesses, including their accounting systems using QuickBooks, Peachtree, and other accounting software to meet their specific needs and requirements. Having prepared tax returns for over 25 years, he has extensive experience preparing corporate income tax returns, as well as returns for subchapter S corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), and partnerships.
